2020 Parade Participant Sign-Up Form

Denver Veterans Day Parade • Saturday, November 7, 2020

To apply to participate in this year’s Denver Veterans Day Parade, please fill out the following form and a member of the Parade Organization Team will contact you.

Participant Entry Fees

The following fees will apply if you are approved as a Parade participant, at which point we will send you an invoice directly. There is no application fee!

Commercial Entry: $300

Car Clubs (up to 5 vehicles): FREE

Additional Fee for each vehicle over the initial 5 vehicles: $75

Non-Profit Entry: $75

Veteran Non-Profit Entry: FREE

No Political Entries

Application Process

  • Eligible groups must submit an application no later than November 1, 2019.
  • All applications are reviewed by the Parade Committee (on a rolling basis).
  • Upon approval, accepted groups will be invoiced. All invoices MUST be paid by November 1, 2019.
  • Accepted groups are sent parade planning meeting dates and confirmation materials, which must be completed and returned to the Parade Committee.
  • Confirmed groups receive final assembly information and other details (1-2 weeks prior to the parade).
  • Confirmed groups are expected to send one representative to at least ONE planning meeting leading up to the parade (Parade planning meeting dates to be provided by parade committee upon approval).

(Please compose in a simple writing style and keep length to a maximum 350 character limit, including spaces. The parade moves quickly so please be succinct. Provide the pronunciation of any difficult names, ie. Sarah Fuog (Foo’-og) or Ybarra (Ebar-ah).)
